Returns will not be accepted unless there is a flaw with the item upon delivery (improper finish work, etc.). If there is some sort of finish issue or functionality issue, please contact me at yoshizakidesigns@gmail.com

If you are using a forwarding company (a proxy), once it is in their hands, I am not responsible if the package goes missing.
Pieces are shipped from Japan to the U.S., then shipped from the U.S.
Shipping will be based on the U.S. shipping point of origin.
Botting is not allowed. If botting is caught, your order will be cancelled.
